摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定麝香追风膏中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Welch极性乙醚连接苯基柱（5 μm,250 m m×4.6 m m）,流动相为甲醇-0.092% 磷酸溶液（含0.02% 二正丁胺和0.04%三乙胺）（1.5：98.5）,检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,进样量10 μL.结果 盐酸麻黄碱在1.66×10^-4-0.244 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD 为1.2%.结论 采用本方法测定麝香追风膏中盐酸麻黄碱含量,准确、方便、专属性强,可用于麝香追风膏的质量控制.Objective To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Shexiangzhuifeng ointmen by HPLC.Methods HPLC with Welch polar ether linked phenyl column （5 μm, 150 mm×4.6 mm） was employed by using methylcyanide-0.092% H3PO4 （0.04% triethylamine and 0.02% dibutylamine） （1.5：98.5） as the mobile phase. The flow ratewas 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The sample size was 10 μL. Results Ephedrine hydrochloridewas in good linear relationship within the rage of 1.66×10^-4-0.244 μg, r=0.999 9. The mean recovery rate was 101.8% and RSDwas 1.2%. Conclusion The HPLC method established here for analyzing the ephedrine hydrochloride in Shexiangzhuifengointmen is accurate, convenient and specific, which can be used for the quality control （QC）.
