摘 要:目的研究基于指纹特征的患者身份自动识别系统,该系统主要应用于肿瘤放射治疗领域,提高医务人员对患者身份识别的准确性,保障患者安全。方法结合放射治疗流程和患者身份识别需求,研究自动患者身份识别的流程,设计相应的硬件系统,研发基于自动指纹识别技术的患者身份识别软件程序。结果对500名患者进行了12500次自动身份识别测试,结果表明系统的误识率为0,误拒率为1.2%。结论基于指纹特征的自动患者身份识别系统易于整合到现行的放射治疗工作流程中,能有效保证患者身份识别的准确性,在保障患者安全方面具有极高的实用价值。Objective To make a research on a fingerprint-based automatic patient identification system,which was mainly used in the field of tumor radiotherapy, to improve the identification accuracy ofpatients’ identity for the medical staff and to ensure the safety of patients. Methods According to theradiation therapy process and the demand of the patient identity automatic identification, a research onthe process of the patient identification was made so as to design a related hardware system and develop apatient identification system based on automatic fingerprint identification technology. Results Altogether12500 times of automatic identification tests in 500 patients were carried out. The results showed thatthe false acceptance rate was 0, and the false rejection rate was 1.2%. Conclusion The automatic patientidentification system based on fingerprint was easy to be integrated into existing radiation treatmentprocess and could effectively improve the accuracy of identification of patients’ identify, which has highpractical value in ensuring the patients’ safety.
