摘  要:目的推动我院药房的自动化和信息化建设,拓展药学服务类型并提高医院药学服务质量。方法通过调整药房的布局、设备对接、品种匹配与调试等工作,完成了我院智慧药房建设。结果智慧药房的运营,显著降低了患者候药时间,降低了药师的工作强度,实现了药学服务的多元化。结论自动化和信息化技术的应用,实现了药师的价值,发挥了他们在药学领域的专长,对提高医院整体服务水平、创建和谐互信的医患关系起到了积极的推动作用。Objective To promote the informatization and automation construction of pharmacy inthe hospital so as to expand the pharmacy service types and improve pharmacy service quality of thehospital. Methods Through adjusted distribution of pharmacy, equipment docking, varieties matchingand allocation, an intelligent pharmacy was established. Results The operation of the intelligentpharmacy contributed for shortened waiting time for patients, reduced work intensity for pharmacists andrealization of diversified pharmacy services. Conclusion Application of automation and informatizationtechnology realized the professional value of pharmacists and played a positive role in improvementof the overall service in the hospital and creation of a harmonious relationship between doctors andpatients.
