摘　　要：本文针对医疗自助终端设备运维存在的主要问题,提出医疗自助终端设备运维监控管理系统设计方案。该方案通过建立终端数据监控体系,对数据进行集中处理,并利用数据比对、数据分析等技术手段,实现以多种形式展现自助终端设备运行状况,并对故障进行自动预警、报警、处理等干预,保证了我院医疗自助终端设备的安全运行。In view of the main problems in the operation and maintenance of medical self-serviceterminal equipment, this paper put forward the designing scheme of a monitoring management systemfor the operation and maintenance of self-service terminal equipment. Through establishment of theterminal data monitoring system for centralized processing of data, the scheme adopted data comparison,data analysis and other technical approaches to make the operating conditions of self-service terminalequipment shown in a variety of forms. It also could implement the automatic pre-warning, warning andprocessing of faults, which ensured the safe operation of medical self-service terminal equipment in thehospital.
