高频电刀质量控制检测参数的设定及测量方法

摘　　要：高频电刀是临床手术中常用的高风险医疗设备,根据北京市医院管理局的要求,我院在2015年针对在用高频电刀开展质量控制工作。本文选用福禄克QA-ES II高频电刀检测仪、ESA615电器安全检测仪,对型号为ERBE高频电刀、威力高频电刀进行质量检测。检测内容包括高频漏电流检测、输出功率检测、波峰因子检测等。检测结果,34台高频电刀的合格率达90%。本文还对检测过程中应注意事项和检测结果中出现的问题进行了分析、讨论。The electrosurgical unit （ESU） is a kind of generally-used but high-risk equipment. Ourhospital implemented quality control of ESU in 2015 in line with the requirements of Beijing MunicipalAdministration of Hospital. FLUKE QA-ES II high frequency electrosurgical detector and ESA 615electrical safety analyzer were used to perform the quality inspection of the Model ERBE high frequencyelectric knife and Force frequency electric knife from multiple aspects, including high frequency leakagecurrent detection, output power detection, wave crest factor detection, etc.. According to the test, 90%of ESU in our hospital met the standards. Eventually, the precautions and problems during the test wereanalyzed in this paper.
