摘　　要：本文介绍医院居民健康卡的结构、功能和工作流程。居民健康卡在医院的应用中实现了电子化,减少了患者就诊时不必要的排队等候环节,提高了就诊者的有效就诊率,优化了医院的就诊流程。This paper introduced the structure, function and work process of hospital resident health cards.The electronization of resident health cards in the hospital reduced the unnecessary waiting for patients,improved the effective medical treatment rate and optimized the treatment process of the hospital.
