摘　　要：本文介绍了江苏省卫生科研项目《基层医院心电诊断平台建设及推广应用研究》的建设方法、效果和改进方向,以及该项目建设中所使用的技术,并对该项目建设的意义引发了思考。The construction method, effect and the improvement direction of Jiangsu province healthresearch project Research on Grassroots Hospital ECG Diagnosis Platform Construction and Applicationas well as the technique used in the construction of the project were introduced in this paper. It also raisedthe thinking of the significance of construction of the project.
