摘　　要：为保证实验室提供公正、准确的检测数据,针对目前疾病预防控制机构(下简称疾控机构)实验室仪器设备维护保养工作中缺乏维修维护经费,对医学工程专业人才队伍建设不够重视,基层疾控机构仪器设备维保问题突出等进行讨论。提出了落实经费保障,提高工程技术人员的专业素质和能力,重视仪器设备售后管理和服务,并在省、市、县三级疾控系统内部建立仪器硬件、软件与数据平台的开放共享机制等建议,以提高实验室仪器设备维护保养水平,保证疾病预防控制工作质量。In order to ensure the fairness and accuracy of laboratory test data, problems in Sichuan Centerfor Disease Control and Prevention were discussed, such as the lack of maintenance funds for preventionand maintenance of laboratory equipment, less attention to the construction of professional medicalengineering talents, prominent problems in instrument and equipment maintenance in disease controlauthorities in grass-roots unit. Based on the discussion, various suggestions were put forward, includingthe implementation of fund guarantee, improvement of professional quality and ability of engineeringtechnical personnel, attention to instruments and equipment after-sale management and service, theestablishment of an open and sharing mechanism of instrument, hardware, software and data platformin disease control systems at provincial, municipal and county levels, in order to improve the laboratoryinstrument and equipment maintenance level and ensure the quality of disease prevention and control.
