摘 要:目的:探讨右美托咪啶与芬太尼对肺部手术患者血气以及脑氧饱和度的影响。方法:80例行肺叶切除手术肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各33例,患者均行肺叶切除术,两组均用芬太尼、丙泊酚麻醉,试验组再给予右美托咪啶,手术结束后,比较PO_2、PCO_2、rSO_2、MMSE评分以及患者苏醒时间、拔管时间。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后患者rSO_2、MMSE评分水平均下降,PO_2水平升高;与对照组相比,试验组患者rSO_2、MMSE评分以及PO_2水平较高,苏醒时间、拔管时间较短;患者治疗前后PCO_2无变化。结论:右美托咪啶与芬太尼能够升高肺部手术患者PO_2水平,延缓患者脑氧饱和度水平的下降,对PCO_2水平无影响。Objective: To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine and fentanyl on blood gas in patients with lung surgery and cerebral oxygen saturation. Methods: 80 patients underwent lobectomy of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 33 cases each. The patients underwent lobectomy, two groups were treated with fentanyl, propofol, experimental group given dexmedetomidine, after surgery, PO2, PCO2, rSO2, MMSE score and patient recovery time, extubation time. Results:Compared with before treatment, rSO2 patients, MMSE scores were decreased after treatment, PO2 level increased; compared with the control group, experimental group rSO2, MMSE score and PO2 level is higher, the recovery time, extubation time is short; no changes in PCO2 patients before and after treatment. Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine and fentanyl can increase the level of PO2 in patients with lung surgery patients, delay the decrease of cerebral oxygen saturation level, had no effect on the level of PCO2.
