摘　　要：目的：对我院2014-2015年住院患者调血脂药物使用情况进行分析。方法：对我院2014-2015年患者住院期间使用调血脂药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计分析,利用销售金额与DDDs排序比对药物同步性进行比较、分析。结果：我院调血脂药物的使用量呈上升趋势,其中他汀类调血脂药的销售金额及DDDs在2014-2015年住院患者调血脂药中排序稳居首位,同步性较好,符合国内临床使用调血脂药趋势及治疗原则。结论：我院2014-2015年调血脂药物使用情况基本合理。Objective： To compare and analyze the usage of lipid-lowing agents in our hospital during 2014-2015. Methods： Sales amount of lipid-lowing agents, DDDs（DDDs） and defined daily cost（DDC） were retrospectively analyzed of inpatients in our hospital during 2014-2015. Analyze the use of lipid-lowing agents according to the DDDs order and sum order. Results： The use of lipid-lowing agents in our hospital showed a rising trend year by year. Statins was the top of lipid-lowing agents by the DDDs order, which conformed to the clinical medication trend and treatment principles. Conclusions： The use of lipid-lowing agents in our hospital during 2014-2015 was basically reasonable.
