摘　　要：目的:探讨医院降血压药物说明书中关于中老年人用药情况。方法:收集所在医院41份常用降血压药物说明书,摘录并统计关于中老年人用药表述情况,进行比较分析。结果:41份降血压药物说明书中,除ARB降血压药物外,其他各类降血压药物标注率均都不高;而标注低剂量开始用药的占比19.51%,其次为无年龄差异、慎用或禁用等标注率均不高。口服药剂、国外厂家中关于中老年人用药标注率要高于注射药剂、国内厂家。结论:常用降血压药物说明书中需进行完善,确保中老年人用药安全和有效。Objective： To investigate the use of drug in the description of hospital blood pressure lowering drug about middle and old aged people. Methods： Collected 41 commonly used blood pressure drug instructions, extract and statistics on the use about middle and old aged people in the formulation of the situation, the comparative analysis. Results： 41 blood pressure lowering drugs in the description, in addition to the ARB blood pressure lowering drugs, other types of antihypertensive drugs were marked rate are not high; and marked low dose of starting the drugs accounted for 19.51%, followed by no age difference, or disable the caution label rate are not high. Oral agents, foreign manufacturers in the elderly on the drug labeling rate is higher than the injection of drugs, domestic manufacturers. Conclusion： The use of antihypertensive drugs in the specification to be improved, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in the elderly.
