摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:96例肺癌晚期患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各48例,两组均给予医院常规护理,实验组再由护理人员给予个性化护理干预。采用生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)测量两组患者入院后第10天的生活质量。结果:经个性化护理干预后,试验组生活质量明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:个性化护理可有效提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量,改善患者生活状态。Objective： To explore the influence of individualized nursing on the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods： 96 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group, two groups were given routine nursing, the experimental group was given nursing staff to give personalized nursing intervention. The quality of life of two groups of patients were measured tenth days after admission with the core of quality of life（QLQ-C30）. Results： After the individualized nursing intervention, the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Individualized nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer, and improve the living conditions of patients with advanced lung cancer.
