国际贸易、外商直接投资与资本配置效率——基于我国东中西三大城市群的分析

摘　　要：城市群经济是现代区域经济的显著特征。对我国东部、中部和西部地区不同发展阶段的三大城市群2000—2013年面板数据实证分析结果表明,国际贸易、外商直接投资对资本配置效率的影响不同。研究发现:引进外资有助于提升城市群的资本配置效率;外商直接投资除了通过调整产业结构来优化资源配置外,还可以通过减少政府干预程度促进资本配置效率的提高。国际贸易与资本配置效率在三大城市群中均呈现负相关,中西部城市群国际贸易的加深有利于该地区资本配置效率的提高;国际贸易能够通过改善企业运营效率促进资本配置效率的提升。鉴于此,中西部城市群需要进一步扩大对外贸易开放度,积极引进外商直接投资,参与全球价值链,以此提高资本配置效率,提升城市群的竞争力,实现区域经济一体化发展。Urban agglomeration economy is the distinguishing feature of modern regional economy. Through empirical analysis of panel data of three major urban agglomerations from 2000 to 2013 in Eastern,Central and Western China,it is concluded that international trade and foreign direct investment have different effects on capital allocation efficiency. It is found that the introduction of foreign capital can improve the efficiency of capital allocation of urban agglomeration. In addition to adjusting the industrial structure,foreign direct investment can improve the efficiency of capital allocation by reducing the degree of government intervention.International trade and capital allocation efficiency are negatively correlated in the three major urban agglomerations. The deepening of the international trade of the Midwest urban agglomeration is conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of capital allocation. In view of this, the central and western urban agglomerations need to further expand the openness of foreign trade, actively introduce foreign direct investment,participate in the global value chain,so as to improve the efficiency of capital allocation,enhance the competitiveness of urban agglomeration and realize regional economic integration.
