摘  要:于2015年11月对湖北长湖马洪台区进行浮游植物群落结构进行调查,获得了浮游植物现存种类与丰度数据,使用Shannon-wiener指数、均匀度指数、Margalef指数对该区域秋季的浮游植物的多样性进行了分析,并据此评价了该区域的水质现状。结果显示,共鉴定该水域现有浮游植物植物7门53种(含变种变型),以绿藻门的种类为主,达31种,占物种总数的58.49%,其丰度占总丰度的35.86%;各样点浮游植物丰度相差不大,最大值为7.72×106ind./L;使用优势度指数筛选出优势种6种,优势种在所有样点均有出现,各样点优势种的丰度占比超过70%,尖尾裸藻有最大的优势度(0.21),扭曲小环藻、小球藻次之(均为0.19)。综合分析认为秋季长湖马洪台区属于中度污染、中贫营养型水体。Aiming to study community structure,water quality of Mahongtai Area of Changhu Lake in Hubei Province was assessed,a survey was conducted in November,2015.By using Shannon-wiener index,Pielou index and Margalef index,biodiversity of phytoplankton in the area was measured,and water quality was assessed based on these indices.The results showed that,a total of 53 phytoplankton species were identified,which belong to 7phyla.Chlorophyta was the main phytoplankton group in the study area,specie number in this group was 31,which accounts for 58.49% of the total,the abundance accounts for 35.86% of the total.There was not sampling site of significant variance between densities of each site,the largest value was 7.72×106cells/L;Six dominant species were recognized,they occurs in each site,and their density account for over 70% of total in each site.Dominant index of Euglena oxyuris was the largest(0.21),following by Cyclotella comta and Chlorella vulgaris(both were 0.19).Based on biodiversity index and algal biological index,it indicated that Mahongtai area was under moderately eutrophic state.
