Effect of Lower Dietary Protein Feed on Intestinal Antioxidant Indexes in Gibel Carp(Carassius auratus gibelio)

摘  要:以蛋白含量38%为对照组,设饲料蛋白水平分别为34%、30%与26%的3个试验组(4种饲料能量相等),分别饲养异育银鲫8周,探讨了低蛋白饲料对异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)肠道抗氧化指标的影响。结果显示,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性不受饲料蛋白水平的显著影响;随着蛋白水平的下降,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶℃AT)活性以及抑制羟自由基能力(RAHFR)呈显著下降趋势,丙二醛含量(MDA)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性呈显著上升趋势上升,但34%试验组与对照组均无显著差异;谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量先升后降,在30%试验组显著低于对照组。结果表明,低蛋白饲料中,34%试验组各抗氧指标与对照组无显著差异,30%与26%试验组多数指标受到显著影响,抗氧化能力下降。A 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of lower dietary protein level on the antioxidant capability of intestine organ in gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio)feeding with protein content of 38%(control group),34%,30%,26%(four kinds of feed with equal energy).The results showed as follow:(1)superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was not significantly affected by dietary protein level(P >0.05),(2)the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),catalase(CAT)activity and the ability to inhibit the hydroxyl radical(RAHFR)significantly reduced with the decrease of protein level but the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)activity were significantly raised,there was no obvious difference between 34% group and control group;glutathione(GSH)content increased first and then decreased,and the value of 30%group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The present results suggested that compared with the control group,there was no obvious affect on the antioxidant indexes under 34% protein lever;but there was obvious affect under the conditions of 30%and 26% protein levels,the intestinal antioxidant capability decreased.
