米粉蛋白替代商品膨化饲料对黄鳝肝脏抗氧化指标的影响

摘  要:以冰鲜鱼和膨化饲料2种原料各占1/2质量混合所得饲料作为对照组,再以米粉蛋白分别按25%、50%、75%和100%比例替代膨化饲料,研究了米粉蛋白的替代对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,随着米粉蛋白替代比例上升,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量先上升后下降,总谷胱甘肽(TGSH)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量先显著下降再上升,氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量各组无显著变化,而替代组维生素E含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,随着米粉蛋白的替代比例上升,黄鳝肝脏抗氧化能力显著下降,但当完全替代时,抗氧化能力又有所提高。In order to investigate the effect of puffed feed replaced by rice protein powder on liver antioxidant capacity in rice ell,Monopterus albus,an 8-week growth trial was conducted in a system with 15 fiberglass tanks.Five kinds of feeds were feed,and half puffed diet and half ice fresh were mixed as control group feed,and puffed diet were replaced by rice protein ratio by 25%,50%,75%and 100%respectively as feed for experimental groups.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in liver raised firstly and then declined,with the increasing substitution,and the total glutathione(T-GSH)content and reduced glutathione(GSH)content dropped significantly and then raised again,and the oxidized glutathione(GSSG)content was similar between all groups and the vitamin E content was significantly lower for experimental groups than that of control group(P <0.05).The results showed that partial substitution caused liver antioxidant capacity decreased,while the antioxidant capacity could reinstate partly for total substitution which induced its slow growth.
