摘 要:[目的]评价基于微信的个体化健康教育对支气管哮喘控制的效果。[方法]选取110例支气管哮喘病人,随机分为对照组54例、干预组56例,对照组给予常规的护理;干预组根据哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分结果将其分为A组(完全控制组)、B组(部分控制组)、C组(未控制组),针对每组病人的具体情况进行微信健康教育、吸入激素(ICS)装置演示、肺功能测定、病人经验交流、专家健康咨询等多种形式的个体化健康教育,且干预组每月进行1次ACT评估,每次根据ACT评分结果对病人进行重新分组并采用不同方法进行个体化健康教育,干预6个月后比较对照组和干预组病人对哮喘的认知水平、ICS治疗依从性、ACT评分、生活质量评分、肺功能等指标的变化。[结果]干预6个月后干预组的认知水平、吸入治疗依从性、ACT评分、生活质量评分、肺功能明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]运用微信对哮喘病人进行个体化健康教育的效果较好。Objective : To evaluate the effect of individualized health education based on WeChat for controlling bronchial asthma. Methods: Totally 110 adults patients with bronchial asthma were recruited and randomly divided into intervention group(n = 56) and control group(n = 54). The patients in control group were given traditional nursing care; according to results of asthma control test (ACT) , patients in intervention group were divid-ed into three groups: group A (full control group),group B (partial control group) , group C ( uncontrol group). According to specific condition of patients in every group , individualized health education was carried out including WeChat education, demonstration of the inhalation of hormone device , measurement of lung function, exchange of patients' experience? health consultation of experts and other forms. ACT assessment was carried out once a month in intervention group. According to ACT score, patients were regrouped and individualized health education was carried out for them with different methods. After sixes months of incognitive level,ICS treatment compliance,ACT score,quality of life score, lung function of asthma patients were compared between both groups. Results: After sixesmonths, the cognitive level,ICS treatment compliance,ACT score, quality of life score?lung function of patients in intervention group were significantly highecontrol group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion : The individualized health education with WeChat had better effect for patients with asthma.
