摘  要:为研究不同旋流强度下天然气旋流式纯氧燃烧器的燃烧特性,采用计算流体力学(CFD)商业软件Fluent对燃烧器在三种叶片角度(15°、30°、45°)下的天然气纯氧燃烧进行数值模拟,获得了在不同旋流强度下,燃烧室内的温度场和生成物浓度分布。结果表明:当轴向叶片旋流器叶片角度为30°时,燃烧室内温度分布比较均匀,没有局部高温区,温度梯度小,燃烧效果较好;在燃烧器出口1.3m处,燃烧产物CO_2剧烈产生,质量分数达到了85%,在燃烧室后部,CO_2浓度逐渐降低趋于平衡;在燃烧器出口1.5m处,燃烧产物H_2O的质量分数达到42%,在燃烧室后部,H_2O的含量下降到40%并趋于稳定。In order to study the combustion characteristics of the oxygen gas swirling burners at differ-ent swirl intensities, the burner with three blade angle (15° , 30° , 45°) under different swirl intensity of oxygen gas combustion by utilizing computational fluid dynamics ( C F D ) c o m m e r c i a l software F l u e n t was simulated. The temperature field and the resultant concentration distribution in the combustion chamber at different swirl intensity were obtained. The results show when the blade angle of 30 ° , the combustion chamber of axial vane swirl burner temperature is more evenly distributed, no local high temperature zone, temperature gradient is small, combustion effect is better ; I n the c o m b u s t o r exit of 1. 3m, combustion products C02 produce violently, mole mass fraction is 85% , then, in the back of combustor, C02 concentration decreased gradually becomes more balanced; I n the c o m b u s t o r exit of 1. 5m ,H20 concentration distribution of the combustion products, the quality score of 42% , in the back of combustor , the concentration of H20 decreased to 40% and stabilized.
