新型城镇化视阈下农业转移人口城镇化意愿研究

摘　　要：有序推进农业转移人口城镇化,是深化改革的必然要求,也是新型城镇化的重要推动力。以往的研究多从宏观层面出发,从制度设计等方面来探讨农业转移人口城镇化问题,其结果是,学者们对农业转移人口这一群体的心理和认知因素缺乏考量。由此,本研究以计划行为理论为基础,构建结构方程模型,分析了态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、过去的行为对农业转移人口城镇化意愿的影响。在此基础上,进一步引入信任这一因素,分析其对农业转移人口城镇化意愿的影响路径和影响程度。研究的主要结论如下:(1)态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、过去的行为对农业转移人口城镇化意愿具有显著的正向影响;(2)信任通过态度和主观规范间接影响农业转移人口城镇化意愿。The orderly transfer of agricultural population urbanization is the inevitable requirement of deepening the reform,but also an important driving force for new urbanization. Previous researches on the urbanization of agricultural transfer population are always from the aspects of system design. As a result,scholars lack consideration of the psychological and cognitive factors of the agricultural transfer.Therefore,based on the theory of planned behavior,the structural equation model was constructed,and the influence of attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavior control,and the behavior of the past on the willingness of agricultural transfer population was analyzed. On this basis,the study further introduces the factors of trust,and analyzes its influence on the willingness of the agricultural transfer population urbanization. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control,past behavior has a significant positive effect on the urbanization willingness of agricultural transfer population;(2) trust by attitude and subjective norm indirectly affect the urbanization willingness of the transfer of agricultural population.
