中国种业上市公司效率分析——基于超效率DEA模型与Malmquist指数模型

摘　　要：为了牢牢把握中国粮食的命脉,2011年4月国务院出台《国务院关于加快推进现代农作物种业发展的意见》,加快本国种业发展,设法从源头上保护国家粮食安全、保证农产品稳定供给。在此背景下,采用非参数的超效率DEA模型以及Malmquist指数模型,利用2010—2014年中国10家种业上市公司面板数据,对中国种业上市公司生产效率进行分析,并对生产效率指标进行进一步分解。结果表明:所选样本企业整体效率低下,造成种业企业效率低下的主要因素是技术进步值偏低,即新技术创新能力不足;其次,技术效率值低下,即企业组织管理水平低下也是导致效率低下的原因之一。In April 2011,'the views of development of modern cropseed industry'was discussed and approved by the State Council,for accelerating the development of national seed industry,trying to protect the national food safety from its source,making sure the stable supply of agricultural products.Under this background,this paper focuses on analyzing the efficiency of China seeds stock companies based on super-efficiency DEA model andmalmquistproductivity index by using 2010—2014 panel data of 10 sample companies. The result shows that the whole seeds industry is in a state of low efficiency,which is not wrong with one company,but the whole industry. There are many reasons for this state,the primary reason is lacking of technical innovation. Besides,feeble abilities of organize and manage are also one of incentive.
