摘　　要：全面从严治党是以习近平总书记为核心的新一代中央领导集体治国理政的重要战略设计,是当前党的建设和政府廉政建设的根本遵循。廉政文化建设是全面从严治党思想建设的关键环节,是新时期全面从严治党战略的内在要求和根本任务。坚持以全面从严治党战略为指导,通过阐述全面从严治党与政府廉政文化建设的内在逻辑,结合社会形势深入分析廉政文化建设的新任务和新要求,提出地方政府廉政文化建设的创新思维和实践举措。Comprehensive governing Party is the important strategic design of the central collective leadership of a new generation with the core of Xi Jinping's general secretary in governing,which is the basic follow of the Party's construction and building a clean government. Honest cultural construction is the key of the construction about comprehensive governing Party,which is the inherent requirement and basic task of the strategy of comprehensive governing Party in the new period. Adhering to the comprehensive governing Party strategy as the instruction,the paper explained the inherent logic of comprehensively governing Party and the government honest culture construction,analyzed the new tasks and new requirements of the cultural construction combining with the social situation,put forward innovative thinking and practical measures of local government honest cultural construction.
