电针配合艾灸治疗不同中医体质类型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合艾灸治疗不同中医体质类型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法将97例PCOS患者根据中医辨证分为气郁质组35例、湿热质组29例、痰湿质组33例,3组患者均应用电针配合艾灸治疗3个月经周期,观察治疗前后月经、中医证候变化情况,监测性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、LH/FSH、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)]和中医体质变化情况。结果气郁质组总有效率94.29%,湿热质组96.55%,痰湿质组84.85%,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。气郁质组、湿热质组LH、LH/FSH、T改善情况均优于痰湿质组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),气郁质组与湿热质组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组间FSH、PRL差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针配合艾灸对于气郁质、湿热质PCOS患者的治疗效果较痰湿质好。Objective To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）with different traditional Chinese constitution types. Methods 97 PCOS patients were divided into Qi - epression constitution group（35 cases）,dampness - heat constitution group（29 cases）and phlegm - dampness constitution group（33 cases）according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. All patients were received electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion for three menstrual cycles. The changes of menstruation and traditional Chinese syndrome type in before and after treatment were observed. The sex hormones involving follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,LH/ FSH and testosterone（T）,prolactin（PRL）,and the traditional Chinese constitution type were monitored. Results The total effective rate in Qi - depression constitution,dampness - heat constitution and phlegm - dampness constitution group was 94. 29% ,96. 55% ad 84. 85% ,respectively,and there were no statistical significances（P 〉 0. 05）. The improvements of LH,LH/ FSH and T in Qi - depression constitution and dampness - heat constitution groups were superior to those in phlegm - dampness constitution group,with statistical differences（P 〈 0. 05）,and there were no statistical significances between Qi - depression constitution and dampness - heat constitution groups（P〉 0. 05）. There were no statistical differences on the difference of FSH and PRL among three groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion has better effects on the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）in Qi - depression constitution and dampness - heat constitutions than that in phlegm - dampness constitution.
