摘　　要：目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者中脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA_2)水平与冠心病严重程度的关系。方法:通过回顾性病例研究,选取急性冠脉综合征并且行冠脉造影患者168例,检测血清Lp-PLA_2水平。根据GRACE评分以及SYNTAX积分不同各分为三组,比较各组间LpPLA_2水平,分析Lp-PLA_2与急性冠脉综合征的冠脉严重程度及危险程度等的相关性。结果:根据GRACE评分不同,三组间Lp-PLA_2差异具有统计学意义(P=0.00),GRACE评分越高,Lp-PLA_2越高;根据SYNTAX积分不同,三组间Lp-PLA_2差异具有统计学意义(P=0.00),SYNTAX积分越高,Lp-PLA_2越高。结论:Lp-PLA_2水平随着GRACE评分、SYNTAX积分增加而升高,预示血清Lp-PLA_2水平与冠脉病变严重程度相关,与急性冠脉综合征危险程度以及预后有着密切的关系。Objective ：To explore the relation between Lp-PLA2 level and the severity of coronary heart disease in acute coronary symptom patients .Methods ：168 patients who underwent angiography after identified acute coronary symptom were enrolled into cohort .A Blood sample was tested for Lp-PLA2 .The patients were assigned to different groups by GRACE risk score and SYNTAX score .Lp-PLA2 in different groups was compared to evaluate the severity of coronary heart disease in acute coronary patients .Results ：The level of Lp-PLA2 was different in the three groups divided by GRACE risk score ,and had statistic difference（P= 0 .00） .The level of Lp-PLA2 was also different in the three groups divided by SYNTAX score ,and had statistic difference（P = 0 .00） .Conclusion ：The level of Lp-PLA2 has positive relation with GRACE risk score and SYNTAX score .It might have positive relation with coronary artery lesion and imply the severity and the prognosis of coronay heart disease in acute coronary symp -tom patients .
