摘　　要：设计了一种新型单相高功率因数的蓄电池充放电装置,该装置包括单相PWM整流器和双向DC/DC变换器两部分.单相PWM整流器采用基于dq坐标系的简化控制,并结合单相锁相环使充放电装置实现了网侧电流正弦化和单位功率因数充放电.双向DC/DC变换器不仅能实现装置中能量的双向流动,而且能对蓄电池进行恒流、恒压充电,恒流放电.实验结果验证了该装置的有效性.A new type of single-phase high power factor charging and discharging equipment for accumu-lator is presented .The equipment is comprised of two parts , i.e., single-phase PWM rectifier and bidi-rectional DC/DC converter .The single phase PWM Rectifier is controlled on the basis of d-q reference frame , and it is combined with PLL so that the charging and discharging equipment can achieve sinusoid -al current at the network side and unit power factor charging and discharging .The bi-directional DC/DC converter can not only achieve bidirectional flow of energy in the equipment , but can also charge the ac-cumulator at a constant current and a constant voltage , and discharge it at a constant current .Experimen-tal results verifies the effectiveness of the equipment .
