除湿清热方治疗痤疮的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿清热合剂治疗痤疮的疗效。方法:本研究收集60例痤疮患者,将其随机分为两组。治疗组选用除湿清热方水煎服,对照组选用丹参酮胶囊口服,两组均治疗4周,观察治疗2周、治疗4周及治疗结束后2周时患者皮疹改善情况、临床疗效、安全性。结果:除湿清热合剂治疗痤疮安全有效,疗效优于丹参酮胶囊。Objective： Clinical effects of the Chushi Qingre prescription on acne were observed. Methods： 60 patients were randomized into 2 groups; the treatment group took the Chushi Qingre prescription; the control group was given oral tanshinone capsule. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. In 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 2 weeks after treating ends, rash improvement of patients were compared; clinical efficacy was validated according to related scores; and the safety was observed. Results： The Chushi Qingre prescription was effective on acne, better than tanshinone capsule.
