浅析活血化瘀方治疗胸痹心痛病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀方治疗胸痹心痛病的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年11月-2015年11月在我院住院接受治疗的96例胸痹心痛病患者的临床资料,探讨活血化瘀方治疗胸痹心痛病患者的临床效果以及治疗前后心电图改善情况。结果:96例患者中显效38例(39.6%),有效53例(55.2%),无效5例(5.2%);治疗后37例(38.5%)心电图T波和ST段完全恢复正常,56例(58.3%)心电图T波和ST段有所改善,3例(3.1%)心电图T波和ST段无明显改善或较前加重。结论:活血化瘀方在治疗胸痹心痛病患者方面临床效果明显,而且能有效改善心功能状况,该方法安全可靠。Objective： Clinical effects of the Huoxue Huayu prescription on thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia were investigated. Methods： Clinical data of 96 cases were analyzed. Results： In 96 cases, 38 cases were obviously effective（39.6%）; 53 cases were effective（55.2%）; and 5 cases were invalid（5.2%）. At the same time, 37 cases（38.5%） showed completely normal electrocardiographic T-wave and ST paragraph; and those indexes of 3 cases（3.1%） showed no significant improvement or heavier than before. Conclusion： The Huoxue Huayu prescription was significantly effective on thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia, by obviously improving cardiac function, with safety and reliability.
