摘　　要：目的:评价大黄总蒽醌胶囊治疗慢性乙肝黄疸的安全性和有效性。方法:选取80例患者,观察治疗前后黄疸指数及安全性指标的变化情况。结果:显效48例,有效29例,无效3例,总有效率为96.25%。结论:大黄总蒽醌胶囊有清热利湿的作用,对湿热型黄疸有显著的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Dahuang Zong＇enkun capsules on chronic hepatitis B with jaundice. Methods： 80 cases were selected; the changes of jaundice indexes and safety were observed. Results： 48 cases were markedly effective; 29 cases were effective; 3 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 96.25%. Conclusion： The Dahuang Zong＇enkun capsules played a role of Qingre Lishi, showed an obvious effect on jaundice of the Shire type.
