摘 要:阐述输电线路和变电站电力设备防鸟害一直是世界研究的热题;如何找到较好的与鸟和谐共处的办法,把鸟无论是飞行碰撞还是栖息筑巢对电力系统的影响减少到最低限度,是国内外共同关注的问题。本文分析鸟害事故发生的原因、特征及规律等,有针对性地提出线路防鸟设计、运行维护、施工过程中应加以考虑的一些问题,并介绍各种防鸟设施的作用,以及提出了防鸟害对策并进行探讨。This paper elaborates that it is a worldwide topic of the anti-bird issue of electric transmission line and transformer substation electrical equipments. How to find a better method to harmoniously coexist with the bird and reduce the impact on power system to the minimum nomatter it is flying collision or nesting habitats,which is a common concerned issue at home and abroad.In this paper, it analyzes the causes, characteristics and laws etc., of birds trouble accidents and puts forwards some pointed problems in the process of routine anti-bird design, operation and maintenance and construction, besides, it introduces the function of various anti-bird facilities and and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent birds trouble with related discussion.
