西咪替丁联合山莨菪碱对急性胃肠炎患者便轮状病毒及降钙素原水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨西咪替丁联合山莨菪碱对急性胃肠炎患者便轮状病毒及降钙素原水平的影响。方法回顾性研究温岭市中医院急性胃肠炎患者84例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组患者给予山莨菪碱,实验组患者在对照组的基础上联合西咪替丁进行治疗。2组患者均治疗5d,治疗结束后比较2组患者轮状病毒转阴率、临床总有效率,并比较2组患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组第3天及第5天轮状病毒转阴率较高(P<0.05),临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),与治疗前相比,2组患者血清IL-2水平升高,TNF-α及PCT水平降低(P<0.05);治疗结束后与对照组相比,实验组患者血清IL-2水平较高,TNF-α及PCT水平较低(P<0.05)。结论西咪替丁联合山莨菪碱能够提高急性胃肠炎患者的轮状病毒转阴率及临床总有效率,其机制可能与提高IL-2水平,降低TNF-α及PCT水平有关。Objective To investigate the effect of cimetidine combined with anisodamine on patients with acute gastroenteritis and rotavirus and procalcitonin levels. Methods Retrospective a total of 84 patients with acute gastroenteritis were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by anisodamine,patients in the experimental group were treated on the basis of the control group with cimetidine. Two groups of patients were treated for 5 days after the end of treatment,compared two groups of patients with rotavirus negative rate,the total clinical efficiency,and serum white blood cells before and after treatment in two groups were compared by IL-2,TNF- alpha and PCT levels change the results of data. Results Compared with control group,the rotavirus negative rate of experimental group was higher on the third day and the fifth day（ P〈0. 05）,clinical total effective rate was higher（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with elevated serum IL-2 level,TNF- alpha and PCT decreased（ P〈0. 05）; after the end of treatment compared with the control group,the experimental group of patients with high level of serum IL-2,TNF- alpha and PCT were lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cimetidine anisodamine can improve the negative rate of rotavirus and clinical patients with acute gastroenteritis in the total efficiency,the mechanism might be related to the increased level of IL-2,decrease of TNF- alpha and PCT level.
