县域城镇化度量与经济发展——以河北省为例

摘　　要：采用回归分析、截面及时间序列相结合分析等方法,基于第五次、第六次全国人口普查数据及全国和河北省县域经济发展数据,采用比较的视角测度了河北省县域城镇化水平,分析了河北省县域城镇化与县域经济发展的互动关系。研究表明,河北省县域城镇化具有起点低、发展速度快、整体较落后的特点;通过实证分析发现在河北省县域层面上,城镇化与经济发展水平之间存在密切相关性,经济增长较产业结构优化更能促进城镇化进程,城镇化进步也有利于非农产业发展并促进经济增长;但经济发展对县域城镇化的作用较为直观,城镇化对经济发展的反作用比较复杂。Based on the data about urbanization and economic development of the counties,this paper has studied the urbanization about counties in Hebei Province with the methods such as regression analysis,time sequence analysis,etc.The paper has measured the level of the urbanization about counties,and researched quantitatively the connection between the urbanization and the economy development at county level.The study results show that the county urbanization in Hebei Province starts from a low base,but develops speedily,and the whole is backward.We find that county urbanization and economic growth have a close relationship,and the growth of per GDP is more important to county urbanization than the optimization of industrial structure.Meanwhile,the development of county urbanization is beneficial to economic growth and non-agricultural industry.
