一种多色混合胶印废墨再利用的方法研究

摘  要:针对胶印废墨污染,对废墨除杂并测量三刺激值从而计算得到色品坐标,连接色品坐标和等能白点至CIE1931色品图光谱轨迹边界,计算混墨主波长斜率并查表得到补色波长,从常用墨中选取与补色相近的两种补墨,根据黑墨三刺激值和叠加原理计算油墨混合比例,添加助剂搅拌研磨配制黑墨.结果表明4种黑墨ΔE*ab均小于GB/T 7705-2008色差值5.00,ΔDs中仅第2种大于密度偏差值0.07,分析误差后修正炭黑颜料再次处理满足要求.方法应用格拉斯曼定律于油墨减色混合,混墨处理后性能达标,改变了废墨焚烧和掩埋的处理方法.For solving offset printing waste pollution,waste inks are removed impurities and grinded to be measured tristimulus values.In CIE1931 chromaticity diagram,it connects inkschromaticity coordinates and white spot to spectrum boundary.In main wavelength slope tables,it reads complementary wavelength and selects two close complement ink from the regular ink.According to the reference black ink tristimulus values and superposition principle,it calculates ink mixing ratio to add complement inks and additives mixing for black ink.It shows 4kinds of black inkΔE*abare less than7705-2008GB/T tolerance value of 5.00.In only second kinds of color deviation value,ΔDsis greater than the same color density deviation value 0.07.After analysis of the error,it corrects carbon black pigment to meet the requirements again.The technology innovation is changing the ink waste incineration and burial,turning waste into treasure.It is good to environmental protection,section of the source and other social benefits.
