摘　　要：目的总结新生儿麻疹的临床特点,以期对新生儿麻疹的诊治提供参考。方法收集本院儿科自2009年6月至2015年6月收治的10例新生儿麻疹病例,对其临床资料进行描述并分析。结果新生儿麻疹的潜伏期、热程均较年长患儿缩短,临床表现及并发症较年长患儿轻,治疗效果较年长患儿好。结论近年来麻疹发病人群以8月龄以下婴儿及成年人为主,由于麻疹发病中免疫机制的参与,使新生儿麻疹病情呈现较年长儿轻的特点,建议调整麻疹疫苗预防接种策略以保护孕产妇及小婴儿避免麻疹感染。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of neonatus measles, and to provide a reference to clinic for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Total of 10 cases with neonatus measles from June 2009 to June 2015 of pediatrics in our hospital were collected, and the clinical data were described and analyzed. Results Compared with the older children, neonatal measles＇ s latency and duration of fever were shorter, and their clinical manifestations and complications were more slightly, and the efficacy was better. Conclusions In recent years, most of the measles patients were infants under 8 months and adults. Due to the immune mechanism of measles, the disease status of neonatal measles is milder than the older children＇s. And the measles vaccine immunization strategy to protect pregnant women and infants from suffering measles should be optimized.
