摘　　要：针对江西省吉安市某水电站机组故障甩负荷之后,机组过速,阻尼环脱开对定子扫膛,造成定子端部绕组严重损坏的问题,结合该水电站机组的保护动作过程、发电机的结构特点以及损坏的具体细节,分析了造成该机组严重事故的原因,提出了机组的恢复方案和改进措施,并为规避类似事故风险提出了指导性建议。Based on an Over-speed accident happened in one hydropower station in Ji＇an City of Jiangxi Province,where the rotor damping ring was detached and scraped the stator winding which made the end winding seriously damaged,the protection operating process,the structure of the generator,and the details damage,so as to figure out the essential cause of the accident are discussed in this paper.Consequently,the recovery scheme and improvement measure to the damaged generator set,as well as the advices for avoiding this kind of accident are proposed.
