摘 要:目的:探讨不同方式蓝光治疗对新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:收治新生黄疸患儿112例,按治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组各56例。观察组给予间歇性蓝光照射+药物治疗,对照组给予持续性蓝光照射+药物治疗。结果:治疗3 d后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组患儿黄疸平均消退时间明显少于对照组(P<0.001)。两组患儿治疗后血清总胆红素、间接胆红素及总胆汁酸含量均较治疗前低(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血清总胆红素、间接胆红素及总胆汁酸含量较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:间歇性和持续性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸均有效,但间歇性蓝光照射治疗效果更好,不仅能显著缩短黄疸消退时间,而且可以降低血清胆红素含量,提高临床治疗效果。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different ways of blue ray in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:112 cases ofneonatal jaundice were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 56 cases in eachaccording to the different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with intermittent blue ray and drug therapy,andthe control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation and drug therapy.Results:After 3 days treatment,the totaleffective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.001).The average fading time ofjaundice in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.001).The serum total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin and total bile acid levels of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment(P〈0.05);the serum total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and total bile acid content of the observation group patients after the treatmentwere lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Both of the intermittent and continuous blue ray irradiation in thetreatment of neonatal jaundice were effectively,but the effect of intermittent blue ray irradiation treatment is better.It is not onlycan shorten the fading time of jaundice significantly,but also can reduce the serum bilirubin levels and improve the clinicaltreatment effect.
