联合伤椎置钉短节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折32例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨联合伤椎置钉短节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效.方法：收治胸腰椎骨折患者32 例,给予联合伤椎置钉短节段固定治疗,观察患者出血量、手术时间、术后并发症等.结果：手术时间80～200 min,出血量200～1 500 mL.患者术前、术后8 个月椎体前缘高度及后凸Cobb 角比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：联合伤椎置钉短节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效显著.ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect of short-segment fixation of injuried vertebra transpedicularfixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods：32 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated withshort-segment fixation of injuried vertebra transpedicular fixation,and the bleeding volume,operation time, postoperativecomplications of the patients were observed.Results：The operation time was 80 ～ 200 min,and the bleeding volume was 200～1 500 mL.There were statistically significant differences of height of the anterior border and cobb angle of kyphosis betweenbefore and after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Short-segment fixation of injuried vertebra transpedicular fixation in thetreatment of thoracolumbar fractures had remarkable clinical curative effect.
