肱骨髁间C型骨折实施尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路比照肱三头肌舌形瓣入路术式的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较肱骨髁间C型骨折实施尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路比照肱三头肌舌形瓣入路术式的临床效果。方法:收治肱骨髁间骨折患者82例,依据手术入路分为两组。对照组给予肱三头肌舌形瓣入路治疗,研究组给予经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组的手术治疗优良率85.4%,对照组手术治疗优良率63.4%。研究组治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折疗效更优。ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of approach of liguliform flap of musculus tricepsbrachii and approach ofolecranon osteotomy in the treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods：82 cases of patients with humeralintercondylar fracture were divided into two groups according to the operative approach.The control group was treated withapproach of liguliform flap of musculus tricepsbrachii.The research group was treated with approach of olecranon osteotomy.Theclinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The operation excellent and good rate of the research group was 85.4%,andthe operation excellent and good rate of the control group was 63.4%.The operation excellent and good rate of the research groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Approach of olecranon osteotomy in the treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fracture had better curative effect.
