摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺毒症性心脏病的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析甲状腺毒症性心脏病患者190例的临床资料。结果:心力衰竭的发生率与病程有相关性,病程越长,心功能越差。结论:甲状腺毒症性心脏病是Graves病最常见的并发症,病程越长,心功能越差。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics of thyrotoxic heart disease.Methods：The clinical data of 190 casesof patients with thyrotoxic heart disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The incidence of heart failure was related to thecourse of disease.The longer the course of disease,the worse the heart function.Conclusion：Thyrotoxic heart disease was the mostcommon complication of Graves disease.The longer the course of disease,the worse the heart function.
