高频超声引导下乳腺粗针穿刺活检与手术对照分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声引导下粗针穿刺活检诊断乳腺良恶性病变的价值。方法:对136例乳腺疾病患者给予穿刺活检,以手术后病理结果为标准,计算穿刺病理诊断乳腺恶性病变的准确率。结果:穿刺病理诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为97.37%(76/78),100%(76/76),98.21%(110/112)。结论:高频超声引导下乳腺粗针穿刺活检能较准确地鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性病变,操作简单、定位准确、创伤小、并发症少、准确率高,可作为非手术条件下获取病理组织的首选方法。ObjectiveTo explore the value of high frequency ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis ofbenign and malignant breast lesions.Methods：136 patients with breast disease were given needle biopsy,and the postoperativepathological results were as the standard.The accuracy rate of puncture pathology in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions wascalculated.Results：The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of puncture pathology in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesionswere respectively 97.37% （76/78）,100% （76/76）,98.21% （110/112）.Conclusion：The high frequency ultrasound guided needleaspiration biopsy can accurately distinguish benign and malignant breast lesions,which has simple operation,accurate positioning,small trauma,less complications and high accuracy.It can be used as the preferred method of obtaining pathological tissue underthe condition of non operation.
