摘　　要：农村综合改革是助推精准扶贫的主要引擎和抓手,如何做好它们的有机衔接,建立健全发展新机制仍是需要研究的新课题。文章在总结皖西北地区精准扶贫工作现状的基础上,分析了面临的主要问题。最后,文章以界首市刘寨村为例,提出相关对策建议。Rural comprehensive reform is the main engine of promoting targeted measures in poverty alleviation, how to do a good job of organic convergence between them, and establish a new mechanism of development is also a new task. This paper analyzes the main problems on the current situation of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation in the Northwest of Anhui province. Finally, it takes the experience of Liuzhai village in Jieshou city as an example, and puts forward some relevant and suggestions.
