摘　　要：乡村回流精英的角色变迁是文章探讨的意旨所在。乡村精英在回到家乡后,凭借自身的资源优势,逐渐成为了乡村中的核心人物。而在这其中,伴随着精英角色的不断变迁,由"新"精英代替了"旧"精英,由经济精英转化为社会精英与政治精英。乡村精英的更迭与转化促进了乡村经济的发展,改变了原有的精英结构,并最终影响了乡村治理格局。The intention of the article is the role change of the returned rural elites. After returning to their hometowns, rural elites gradually became the key persons of the village through their advantages in resources. With the changing of the elite role, ＂new＇elites are instead of the＂old＂elites, economic elites into the social elites or political elites. The replacement and transformation of rural elites promote the development of rural economy and change the original elite structure. Finally, the rural governance pattern will be affected.
