基于DEA对中部省会城市电子政务绩效实证分析

摘　　要：数据包络分析利用线性规划,对可比性同类单元进行非参数的客观评价。文章测算了2014年我国中部六省会城市电子政务绩效,发现2个地区属于无效类型,通过投影分析为如何达到规模效率和纯技术效率有效提供参考,以达到提高效率的目的。The use of linear programming evaluates comparable unit in DEA from the objective perspective. This paper makes six central provincial government＇ E-government performance in China in 2014, finding two districts are ineffective, therefore, projection analysis offers assistance to improve the efficiency both in pure technology and in scale, in order to promote efficiency of the E-government affairs.
