摘 要:为解决传统RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)卡的读写稳定性不高及信息显示不方便的问题,针对频率为13.56 MHz的RFID卡,在读写芯片MFRC500及STC89C52单片机的基础上,深入研究了非接触式IC卡的读写模式及显示终端。采用双机通信的模式,主机利用矩阵键盘给从机发送读写卡信号并将读取的信息显示在LCD12864液晶显示屏上。从机将接收的数据经过处理后通过MFRC500写入IC卡中并将MFRC500读取的数据发送给主机。设计了相应的硬件电路及固件程序,并试验了大量不同功能的RFID卡。实验结果表明,该系统能稳定准确的对卡进行读写。In order to solve the problem of low read/write stability and inconvenient information display for traditional RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)cards, the paper has a deep research on read/write mode and designs display terminal of the 13.56 MHz RFID card based on the read-write chip MF RCS00 and STC89C52. The paper employs communication between two MCU ( Microcontroller Unit). The main MCU sends read or write signal to the slave MCU by matrix keyboard, and it receives the information and displays on the LCD12864 LCD display screen. The slave MCU writes the received data in IC cards after processing by MFRC500, and sends the data read by MFRC500 to the main MCU. The hardware circuit and firmware program are designed, and the function of a large number of different RFID card are tested. The experimental results show that this system is stable and accurate to read and write cards.
