摘　　要：在对黑龙江省13个地区2005-2012年碳排放量估算的基础上,利用局域Moran’s I统计量对历年碳排放量的空间自相关性进行分析,并以扩展的STIRPAT模型为基础,利用空间滞后模型分析了碳排放量的影响因素并结合实证分析结果从转变经济增长观念、优化产业结构、提高技术水平、加速区域合作和城镇化进程等方面提出对策建议。After estimating the carbon emissions of 13 regions in Heilongjiang from 2005 to 2012, this article uses the local Moran＇s I statistics to examine the spatial autocorrelation of the carbon emissions.,On the basis of the extended STIRPAT model, it uses the spatial lag model to analyze the influence factors of carbon emissions. And it puts forward the suggestions from changing the concept of economic growth, optimizing industrial structure, improve the technical level, accelerate regional cooperation and the urbanization process and so on with the empirical analysis.
