摘　　要：通信设备装配过程中,会出现网线的漏插等错误,导致通信设备无法使用。文中介绍了一种能够进行该类错误自动检测的方法。当前图像处理已经广泛应用于工业、农业、军事和医疗等各个领域。文中提出使用机器视觉对通信设备装配过程中的网线的漏插错误进行诊断,获得较好的检测结果。该方法可以有效提高工作效率,维护设备运行的稳定性,降低人力成本。Mistakes leading to the unworkable of communication devices,like missing of cable plug,can be made in the assembly process of communications devices. A method can test the mentioned mistakes,which is discussed in this paper. Nowadays image processing is widely used in many fields such as industry,agriculture,military and medical and so on. The technology of machine vision is used to test the circumstance of missing cable plug in the assembly process of communication devices,and an acceptable result is achieved. This method can improve the working efficiency effectively,and maintain the stability of the devices and lower the human costs.
