摘　　要：结合实践经验,从国家法律法规、监理单位内部管理、地方建设行业监管部门三方面,分析了工程建设监理中存在的若干问题,并探讨了相应的解决策略,从而促进监理行业的健康发展。Combining with the practical experience,the paper analyzes the problems in the engineering construction inspection from the state laws and regulations,inner management of inspection departments,and regional construction industry inspection departments,and explores the respective solution strategies,so as to enhance the healthy development of the inspection industry.
