横泉水库泄洪设计方案优化

摘　　要：结合横泉水库的工程概况,论述了泄洪建筑物比选的必要性,并提出了土基溢洪道、岩基溢洪道及泄洪洞三种泄洪方案,从水流、施工、投资、运行管理等方面,比较了各种方案的优缺点,结果表明泄洪洞方案优于溢洪道方案。Combining with the engineering survey of Hengquan Reservoir,the paper indicates the necessity for the comparison and selection for the discharge buildings,points out the three discharge schemes for the earth foundation spillway,rock foundation spillway,and tunnel spillway,from the flow of water,construction,investment,operation management and other aspects,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes,and proves that the third scheme is superior to the others.
