谈山西省建筑能效测评工作中存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：根据山西省典型气候属区及建筑的年代、结构形式、供暖形式及使用功能,选取大约30万m2的居住建筑和30万m2的公共建筑进行理论值及实测值能效测评,通过示范建筑的测评工作,总结了能效测评工作中存在的问题,进一步提出了开展能效测评的注意事项及建议。According to the typical climate area in Shanxi,ages of buildings,structural forms,heat-supply forms,and functions,the paper selects the residential building with about 0. 3 million square meters and the public buildings with 0. 3 million square meters to undertake the energy efficiency evaluation and the theoretic value,sums up some problems in the evaluation according to the evaluation in some demonstration buildings and points out the precautions and suggestions for the evaluation.
