光伏产业的培育发展路径及对第三次工业革命的启示

摘　　要：目前,国内能源供需缺口较大,而且煤炭、石油和天然气等传统化石能源面临着逐渐枯竭的局面,光伏作为一种新型绿色能源迅速发展起来。从全球市场来看,光伏产业整体保持一个递增趋势;但在中国市场,光伏产业发展一直跌宕起伏。通过分析光伏产业的培育发展路径,得到光伏产业对第三次工业革命的发展启示,即需要构建产业"保护性空间"、高度重视市场需求以及发挥政府、企业和用户"三位一体"职能。该研究表明,基于第三次工业革命的发展形势,光伏产业应该加强落实技术创新力度、改善市场环境和加强监督等优化政策,进而推动光伏产业取得可持续发展。Since at present the domestic energy supply and demand gap is large and the traditional fossil tuels such as coal, oil and natural gas is faced with gradual depletion, photovoltaic energy is developing rapidly as a new green energy. Judging from the global market, the photovoltaic industry maintains an increasing trend as a whole, but in domestic market photovohaic industry development has been ups and downs. Through an analysis of photovoltaic industry cultivation and development path, the enlightenments of photovoltaic industry for the Third Industrial Revolution are concluded as constructing industrial ＂ protective space＂, attaching great importance to market demand, and giving full play of the ＂ trinity＂ function of governments, enterprises and users. The research results show that the photovoltaic industry should, based on the development situation of the Third Industrial Revolution, strengthen the implementation of technical innovation, improve the market environment and strengthen supervision and other optimization policies so as to further promote the sustainable development of the photovohaic industry.
