摘　　要：如何不断提高自身的竞争力是众多中小物流企业面对的关键问题。以巴尼的VRIO框架理论模型为依据,针对中小物流企业自身特点,从企业资源和能力方面构建中小物流企业竞争力评价指标体系,并运用FHAP模糊综合评判法,选择一家典型中小物流企业进行实例分析,证实上述中小物流企业竞争力评价指标体系及评价方法科学有效。然后分别从V、R、I、O四个方面提出中小物流企业竞争力提升对策。How to enhance internal construction to promote competitiveness is a key issue for small and medium -sized logistics enterprises. Based on Barney＇ s VRIO model and the characteristics of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, this paper constructs an evaluation index system in terms of enterprise resources and capacity and empirically analyzes a selected typical small and medium- sized logistics enterprise via FHAP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to prove the effectiveness of this system before putting forward the strategies for promoting the competitiveness of small and medium- sized logistics enterprises in terms of V, R, I and O respectively.
