摘  要:交流驱动电机具有输出功率和转速要求高等特点,在激烈的市场竞争中,降低生产成本是提高其竞争力的关键。定子铁心叠压精度的提高和以低碳钢板折圆技术替代传统的无缝钢管或铝合金机壳有助于电机质量提升和生产成本的降低。已完成试制并投入生产的内涨式自动卸料定子铁心叠压模可获得充分整齐无错位的定子铁心;依托4套冷冲压模具可将低碳钢板材折圆成高精度的电动机机壳,它们具有生产效率高、制造成本低和产品质量稳定的特点。AC drive motor has the characteristics of high output power and high speed requirement. In the fierce mar- ket competition, reducing the production cost is the key. The improvement of stator core lamination precision and the tech- nology of low carbon steel plate folding round in place of the traditional seamless steel tube or aluminium alloy casing helped to the motor quality improvement and the production cost reduction. The inner expansion type automatic discharging stator i- ron core lamination die that had been completed and put into production could obtain full and orderly non dislocation stator core. With 4 sets of cold stamping dies the low carbon steel plate could be folded round to the high accuracy motor casing. They had the characteristics of high production efficiency, low manufacturing cost and stable product quality.
